Since 2017 Deborah has chaired the main board of NCFE, the UK’s third biggest awarding body, a charity providing vocational qualifications and end point assessments and a number of subsidiary businesses.
She has led the building of a strong and creative senior leadership team to develop an ambitious strategic vision for the charity focussing on social impact and business excellence. It has been fascinating and challenging to be part of developing and piloting T-levels and support the organisation through a significant transformation programme. Deborah is proud to be part of an organisation which combines ambition, creativity and integrity.
